Ample V Berry Canister

The thing that struck us most about Ample V Berry Canister’s meal replacement shake was that it seems to be very thin but when you drink it, it’s lusciously creamy.

A mystery, but a good one, of course.

It’s also very easy to make this shake, you won’t spend hours trying to get the powder to dissolve, it just works.

Orgain Organic Nutrition Shake

Orgain’s Organic Nutrition Shake offers a sensible 220 calories in each ready-to-drink serving and while it could, perhaps, use a little more protein – with 16g a serving, it’s not bad either.

One thing we can say that makes these shakes excellent is the taste, they really do taste like a milkshake (from our pre-vegan days), so if you’re missing those – try these.

These Vast by KiiTO shakes were new to us and they come in a range of favors and each flavor has a slightly different nutrient profile, though they are all low-ish in calories.

They all contain at least 20 grams of protein and 13 grams of fat, however, so you can be sure you’re getting the essential ingredients in sufficient quantities.

Final Thoughts On Vegan Meal Replacement Shakes

Skipping meals is a bad idea on a diet which is already very low calorie, in most cases, but if you can replace them with a healthy alternative then everything gets easier.

The best vegan meal replacement shakes all contain plenty of protein (which leaves you feeling full and satiated all day long) as well as a good mix of other nutrients to keep you healthy and happy. Enjoy!
